Free delivery for orders over £50.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class.

For orders under £50.00, the following rates apply:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature: £5.50

For Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class, we aim to deliver orders within the next three to five working days if placed by 2 PM, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

For Royal Mail 1st Class, we aim to deliver orders within the next three to five working days if placed by 2 PM, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
2. Return Policy
Returns:

Returns are accepted within 28 days of the dispatch date.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will cover the cost of the product only. Original delivery costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately, providing photographs for verification.

Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect Delivery:

In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, please notify us with details of the item and proof of purchase.

An exchange or refund will be arranged if the incorrect item is returned within 28 days.
Lost Returns:

If a return is lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the courier. Tea Ducks is not liable for lost returns.
